I found the service to be excellent and efficient. Staff members were helpful. The hotel facilities suited my needs perfectly. Everything felt well-organized and professional. The room was very clean and tidy. I was completely satisfied.

The room was spacious. The bath was amazing with updated fixtures. The hotel displayed nice decoration. The location was near many main attractions and good food spots.
I find the surrounding area unsafe, especially at certain hours. The hotel could improve security measures near the entrance. Better lighting in the rooms is required.

the breakfast offered a variety of options, which i did appreciate.
The location was not ideal. The area felt unsafe, especially at night. also, the room smelled strongly of mildew and the air conditioning unit rattled all night. the noise made it difficult to sleep.

The staff offered really good hospitality throughout my stay. They greeted me with warmth and kindness from arrival. The team ensured I had everything I needed.. it. The location allows easy access to many attractions and public transport.
The area directly surrounding the hotel felt slightly unsafe during the late hours.
